Terms & Cancellation Policy

1. Services

We offer airport transfers, city transfers, hourly bookings and long-distance rides by arrangement. Scope and type of service are defined by the booking confirmation.

2. Payment

Payment is made in advance using the available payment methods (including Stripe). Transportation may depend on successful payment.

3. Cancellation

• - Free of charge up to 24 hours before pickup.
• - Less than 24 hours before pickup: 100% of the fare.
• - No-show: 100% of the fare.

4. Waiting Times

• - Airport pickup: 60 minutes included.
• - All other services: 20 minutes included.
• - Additional waiting time is billed according to tariff.

5. Flight Delays

For verifiable flight delays, no additional costs apply within the included waiting time.

6. Liability

We are not liable for delays or failures caused by traffic, force majeure, official orders, or other circumstances beyond our control.

7. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

Austrian law applies. Place of jurisdiction is Vienna, where legally permissible.

8. No Right of Withdrawal

For scheduled transport services, there is no right of withdrawal under Section 18 FAGG.
