We process personal data to handle bookings, customer inquiries and payments. The services and optional measurement tools used on this website are described below.

Bookings and inquiries

The booking form processes your name, phone number, optional email, journey details and booking amount. The business form processes your name, company, email and message. Booking notifications and business inquiries are emailed by the server through the World4You SMTP service.

Stripe payments

Online payments use Stripe and load Stripe.js. Payment details are processed through Stripe. To create a payment, the server checks the contact details entered in the form and sends the amount and currency to Stripe. Apple Pay and Google Pay are offered through Stripe where available.

Address search and routing

For address search, your browser sends your search text to Photon at photon.komoot.io. Pickup and destination coordinates are sent to router.project-osrm.org to calculate routes. These direct connections also disclose technical connection data, such as your IP address, to those services.

Google Analytics 4 and Google Ads

This website loads the Google tag for Google Analytics 4 and Google Ads only after your consent. It measures page views, phone, WhatsApp and email link clicks, successful business inquiries and completed bookings. Booking events contain a booking reference, amount and currency. Event parameters do not contain names, phone numbers, email addresses or journey addresses entered in the forms. Advertising and analytics storage are disabled by default. You can change your consent later using Cookie settings.

Local preferences

Your language choice is saved as language and your cookie choice as star_cookie_consent in browser localStorage. These preferences remain until changed or your browser data is cleared.

External contact and social links

WhatsApp, Instagram, Facebook and Google Maps for tour routes are external links. Opening a link takes you to that service. Phone and email links open the configured application. Fonts are served locally by Next.js.
